Wellness Resources
There are many events we may go through in life that can through our wellness out of balance. Relationship troubles, job issues, accidents, illnesses, intense emotions or even just general daily stress can become too much sometimes.
If you or someone you know is struggling, there are many resources available. Below you can access "self-care resources" which are a collection of breathing exercises and other self-care tools, and "external resources" which is a collection of community resources designed to aid people through various life struggles.
