Click on whichever class type interests you to pull up the booking calendar. Check individual days by clicking the on the calendar or click the 'check next availability' button to find out when the next class is happening.

You can access all of our recorded videos on our recorded classes (https://www.tiahathacare.com/classes)page. There is a selection of videos that are completely free and the rest can either be purchased individually, or you can get visit our subscriptions page to get access to the entire video library.

Many classes offer the option to buy the single class, or buy a subscription that allows you to attend multiple classes. The default selection is subscription, but you can easily change this by scrolling down to payment, then clicking the drop down menu and selecting 'pay now'.
